Interpretation
LikenessIndex is already ingesting source-authorized voice listings through an official API. That makes likeness licensing a useful test case for a broader economy that machines can search and eventually transact against.
The purpose of this note is not to force unlike measurements into one number. It is to make the relationship between them explicit. Machine Observer will revise the interpretation when the underlying claims or source quality changes, while preserving timestamped observations in the history feed.
